The Collection Challenge and Hatch Challenges will both have you obtaining Pokemon specific to the Dazzling Dream event. You’ll have to encounter Pokemon in the wild, evolve certain Pokemon, and hatch others.
Pokemon GO Dazzling Dream’s Collection Challenge
To complete the Pokemon GO Dazzling Dream’s Collection Challenge you will need to do the following:

Rewards on completion: 1000 Stardust, 2000 XP, and a Carbink encounter.

To complete the Pokemon GO Dazzling Dream’s Hatch Challenge you will need to do the following:
