The Pokemon GO Dazzling Dream event will soon be here, and it’s well worth marking your calendars for. Despite the plethora of events in January alone, a few standout aspects to Dazzling Dream make it one that you shouldn’t miss.
Event Date and Time
The Dazzling Dream event in Pokemon GO will begin on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 10:00 AM to Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 8:00 PM local time.

The following Pokemon will be able to be encountered in the wild for the duration of the event.

Event Bonuses
The following Event Bonuses will be live during the Dazzling Dream event.
- Trainers will receive 2X Stardust for hatching Pokemon.
- Trainers will receive 2X Stardust for catching Pokemon.
Dazzling Dream Avatar Item
To celebrate the Dazzling Dream event, and the release of shiny Cutiefly, trainers will be able to purchase a new cosmetic avatar item from the in-game shop.
Event Specific Paid Timed Research
Trainers will be able to purchase Dazzling Dream event-specific Paid Timed Research for $2 USD or the equivalent price in local currency. Trainers can expect to receive the following rewards for completing this research:
- 2 Premium Battle Passes
- 2 Star Pieces
- XP
- Stardust
- Event-specific Pokemon encounters
As this is Paid Timed Research, trainers will need to make sure that they have completed the research by Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 8:00 PM local time to receive all of the rewards.
Collection Challenge
The Dazzling Dream event will also include an event-specific Collection Challenge. This will reward trainers who complete it with the following items:
- Stardust
- XP
- Carbink encounter
