Find the Four-Leafed Soreaway

  • Abyss (2,000 Fathoms Deep)

In order to complete the quest 037 Tiller, Long-Distance Rower, which begins in Capstan-Upon-Hull, you’re going to need a four-leafed soreaway. Just like four-leafed clovers in the real world, these items can be difficult to come by. The first place you’re likely to come across them is during the main story quest 5-4, The Lady Vanishes.

Quest 5-4 sees your party venture into the Abyss area. You’ll use the Water Slide spell to make your way deeper and deeper into the Abyss. On almost every depth level there’s a place where you can Water Slide down to a lower depth, and another spot that will shoot you across to the far side or back up to the previous level. If you take these secondary shoots, you’ll usually find some hidden treasure.

The four-leafed soreaway is found by taking the secondary shoot on the 3,000 Fathoms Deep level. This is the level just before the final boss fight in the area. The secondary shoot is located on the southern portion of this level and takes your party back up to the 2,000 Fathoms Deep level.

Once you get back to the 2,000 Fathoms Deep Level, a red chest is right next to where you land (with a Higgledy Stone on the opposite side of the platform. Open the chest to find a four-leafed soreaway waiting for you.
