How to Find Warped Bone

Warped Bone is a rare material that can be obtained from bonepiles that you loot in the Rotten Vale area. This area of the game isn’t accessible until late-game, so you’ll need to progress through the story quite a bit until you reach this area. Once you have reached Rotten Vale, though, you will easily be able to find and collect as much of this rare material as you can get your hands on.

As we said above, you’ll find these rare materials inside of bonepiles that you can find all around the Rotten Vale areas of the map. These will often appear as yellow boxes with a question mark on the map, and you can usually loot them up to three times before the pile goes into a cooldown, keeping you from farming it too much. There are several of these bonepiles littered around the map, though, so it shouldn’t be too hard to stock up on this material and get the amount that you need to upgrade your weapon to the tree that you want to upgrade it to.

The best way to stock up on this item is going to be to head into an Expedition. These are open-ended play periods that allow you to extensively explore and loot an area without having to worry about any kind of timer. This is the best way to farm for materials that you need, and it will help with ticking off some of the more boring tasks that you need to do. If you want to spice things up even more, considering launching a co-op session and playing with your friends. This will make it less boring for you all and allow you to easily take down any monsters you encounter along the way.
