Over the past few years, Xbox gamers have gotten a taste of the Like A Dragon (formerly known as Yakuza) franchise, and with a new title on the horizon, they may be ready to dive right in. But, is the newest entry in the franchise making a Day One debut?
Can You Play Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth on Xbox Game Pass?
According to an exclusive interview with Automaton, editor-in-chief Ayuo Kawase asked the developer of the upcoming Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth if an Xbox Game Pass release should be expected, and the answer is a resounding “not quite yet”. While this particular title in the Like A Dragon Franchise may not be hitting the service on Day One, there is a chance that we may be able to see it come down the line.
As the director of Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios Masayoshi Yokoyama states in the Automaton interview:
At the moment, there are no plans for Infinite Wealth to come to Game Pass.

Yokoyama also states that newer releases like Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name was put on Game Pass as a Day-One release as an offering, almost like “handing overseas users our business card”, so players could get acquainted with the original main character of the franchise, Kazuma Kiryu. It’s also a shorter game, and with Infinite Wealth containing what sounds to be an almost overwhelming amount of content, players are sure to get their money’s worth when they purchase this particular title.
Patient players may expect to see this title hit the service in the future, but it is uncertain when, or even if at this point, Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth will come to Game Pass. Until then, be sure to catch up on all of the prior adventures of Kazuma Kiryu and Ichiban Kasuga with all of the other available Game Pass titles before Infinite Wealth hits our consoles.
