How to Use the JAK Raven Kit in MW3

A jacked up MCW

You might be trying to use the JAK Raven Kit for some weekly challenges in MW3 or you might just want a way to make the MCW feel more painful. Either way, I can help you find and equip the JAK Raven kit to your weapon in this guide.

To equip and use the JAK Raven Kit in MW3, you need to complete five week one challenges and then apply the conversion kit to your MCW in Gunsmith. If you haven’t been keeping up with the weekly challenges since the game launched, you will need to look back at the challenges tab and see if you have the kit unlocked.

How to Unlock the JAK Raven Kit in MW3

Any players who don’t have the JAK Raven Kit unlocked yet can complete any five of the fourteen challenges from Week 1. That means you could do two Multiplayer challenges and three Zombies challenges to collectively reach the requirement. After five challenges are completed, the new kit is yours on the MCW.

How to Equip the JAK Raven Kit in MW3

The next step is to open the loadout screen and select a slot. Choose the MCW as a primary weapon and then open up the Gunsmith to see all the attachments. Any weapons that have access to a conversion kit will have a special slot at the bottom right side of the screen. Open this up on the MCW to equip the JAK Raven Kit and convert the weapon.

Tip:

You’ll want to make sure your MCW is at it’s max level of 28. This will allow you to access the new conversion kits attachment slot in the Gunsmith.

Overall, the JAK Raven Kit isn’t a great option on the MCW. It increases the fire rate, but it also hurts damage, recoil control, and the damage range. The only reason I would use the kit is to complete the Week 4 challenges in MW3. Otherwise, leave this kit behind.

And that’s all there is to equipping the JAK Raven Kit in MW3. If you’re on Week 4 challenges, make sure you don’t miss the TAQ Eradicator as the final reward.
