Now, it’s important to note that it doesn’t quite matter how you acquired your double EXP tokens – they’re all activated in-game in the same way. However, if you netted some kind of deal on a snack like Doritos, you’re going to have to first ensure that your code is redeemed on the retailer’s website before taking the corresponding Double XP token code to the Activision website. This step is necessary to link those token codes to your game.

Once you’ve completed the above step, then you’ll be on the same page as everyone else. To actually use Double XP tokens in Modern Warfare, you’re going to have to be in a Multiplayer lobby. Once you are, follow the steps that we’ve laid out for you below:
