Minecraft: How to Update Bedrock Edition on PC

Most of the time, Minecraft Bedrock Edition for Windows will carry out the update automatically, but if it does not, follow the instructions below to check and initiate the update process manually.

  1. Go to Microsoft Store.
  2. Click Library (down left, above the Help icon).
  3. Click “Games”.
  4. Minecraft should be listed as “Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC”.
  5. Click “Get updates” (top right button).
  6. The update will start.
