How to Unlock The Final Vision Quest in Granblue Fantasy ReLink

The Final Vision Quest calls upon you to cut down a simulation of the being that reigned over the fallen angels, an Astral who almost snuffed out the skies. And this fight is the hardest in the game. But if you haven’t completed every challenge in Granblue Fantasy ReLink, there’s a good chance you won’t see The Final Vision quest available.

To unlock The Final Vision quest, you’ll need to unlock The Tale of Bahamut’s Rage quest and complete it. But that’s easier said than done. Unlocking The Tale of Bahamut’s Rage requires you to complete every single boss encounter on Proud difficulty. But to unlock Proud difficulty, you’ll need to finish all Maniac mode quests (marked with sword icons), which are unlockable after you’ve completed Rolan’s jobs in Extreme Mode. To make that easier to visualize, here are the steps you need to unlock The Final Vision Quest in Granblue ReLink:

1. Complete all Rolan’s Jobs in Extreme mode at the Quest Counter. These jobs are marked with red diamonds. Each time you complete a job, a higher-difficulty version of it is unlocked.
2. Complete all Maniac mode quests. There are twenty-five in total, starting at Slimepede in Seedhollow Castle and ending at Saga Grande: Happily Ever After in Pillar of Vayoi.
3. Defeat Bahamut Versa. Once you’ve completed all Maniac quests, you can go to the Quest Counter for your Rank-Up quest, The Final Report. Defeat Bahamut Versa and you’ll unlock Proud difficulty.
4.  Defeat the bosses in Proud difficulty. You’ll need to defeat every single boss in Proud difficulty, along with Gallanza and Maglielle, who are the only required multi-boss quest.
5. Defeat Proto Bahamut. Once you knocked out those Proud boss fights, go to the quest counter and tackle the new quest “The Tale of Bahamut’s Rage”.  

When you’ve successfully triumphed over Proto Bahamut, who has an advised PWR of 17,500, you’ll get a cutscene Sandalphon and unlock The Final Vision. Your objectives for this fight, which will pit you against Lucilius, are:

• Perform at least 20 link attacks.
• Overcome the Twelve Labors
• Clear within 10 minutes.

That ten-minute requirement is the hardest of the three to hit! But if you want to pause that end cut scene or have your friends help you out in a fight, that’s always an option.
