If you’re looking to ride a wolf you can actually do it one of two different ways. First off, you’ll want to acquire some meat. This can be done by either defeating wildlife around the map or by opening chests and boxes of food. Meat is an uncommon item, but still far more common than you might think.
You can use meat to heal some of your health, but you can also throw it. When you throw it near a wolf, they’ll have some question marks above their head and go over to it. This will make them friendly towards you, and it also lets you ride on them.
To ride on them walk over and hit the interact button to hop on their back. Now you can ride this wolf into or out of battle. It’s a great way to get to an advantageous spot on the map quickly. Just be aware that they have very little health and can easily be killed by enemy gunfire.
The other way you can ride a wolf in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 is by sneaking up behind it and hopping on its back without it noticing you. This is far more tricky, but it can be done. You can also build up high above a wolf and leap down onto its back, just be careful of potential fall damage you might receive if you miss.
