Very close to the first Korok, who will ask for your help, there is a rail that leads to another floating island. Put the nearby minecart on the rail using Ultrahand, but before placing it there, be sure to attach a Zonai Fan to it (as in the picture below).

If you haven’t found a single Zonai Fan on the ground so far, there is also a dispenser for Zonai parts nearby that throws them out as capsule toys if you feed it with materials. It’s guaranteed to give you at least one Zonai Fan if you haven’t found any on the ground while making your way to it.

Once assembled, the minecart with the Zonai Fan strapped on the back should be placed on the rails using Ultrahand, then use the same skill to pick up the Korok by grabbing its backpack and placing it in the cart. Now all that’s left is to jump into it with Link and hit the Zonai Fan with your weapon to activate it. When the cart transports you to the other side, jump out and use Ultrahand again to pick up the Korok and drop it near its friend, who is nearby under a makeshift tent.
