The Oscilette seeds can be found on the windowsill inside the Boat House. The key to the Boat House area can be found in a small bowl underneath a Bird Poster in the Bird Garden.

There are four clues for the Oscilette entry and all are also located inside the small Boat House:

  • Animal Heartbeats
  • Boardgame Rules
  • Playing Cards
  • Weeds and Seeds

Unlike previous plants like the Wolfglove and Brook Chalice that required players to travel to multiple places, everything to grow the Oscilette can be done inside the Boat House with the planting setup station just outside.

The clues tell us that the Oscilette can grow from the heartbeat of a specific animal. We can use the board game to figure out which animal it is, the heartbeat book to know what the tempo is, and the phonograph to play the song that matches the tempo.

There are only five songs for the phonograph, so you could technically brute force the solution by playing all of them for the plant. Figuring it out can be much faster.

The board game has a few animal cards, but the Red Squirrel is known for foraging for food to be stashed away for later. The tempo of its heartbeat is 120 BPM, according to the book, and there is one phonograph record that matches the BPM.

Prepare your Oscilette pot and place it on the circular placeholder next to the phonograph. Then pick up the phonograph record on the windowsill that says Meadow’s Bliss, which has a BPM of 120. You will have to inspect the bottle to see it. Place it in the phonograph, turn the crank, and watch the Oscilette plant fully grow and complete the puzzle.
