How to Grow Cradle Fern in Botany Manor

Snow White didn't make plants grow.

Cradle Fern is one of the easier plants to grow midway through Botany Manor, though finding its clues can prove troublesome as it gets mixed with two other plants. Here is how to grow Cradle Fern in Botany Manor.

How to Grow Cradle Fern in Botany Manor

The Cradle Fern seeds can be found in the Master Bedroom after players have opened the second-floor door blocked by the tree in the main lobby by using the Sapphire Gloom plant.

There are five clues to fill out the Cradle Fern entry:

  • Bird Eggs – Study
  • Fern Painting – Second-floor corridor
  • Petition – Master Bedroom
  • Bird Calls – Bell Tower
  • Letter About Melodies – Bell Tower

The multiple clues can tell us that the plant is affected by bird calls. Luckily, seven bells in the Bell Tower can each hold a different note. Prepare a pot of Cradle Fern to bring to the Bell Tower across the Master Bedroom and up the stairs.

The sheet music book opposite the bells and circular plant holder contains melodies of 10 different birds. You could technically brute force it by playing each melody, but that is a waste of time.

The Fern Painting shows the plant with eggs that are white with blue spots, and the collection of eggs in the Study show that the eggs belong to the Crested Owl. The melody for the Crested Owl is on the second page, so you can flip the page or follow the melody below.

The Crested Owl melody goes E – C- D – E – G – F. Ring the bells with those notes in corresponding order to make the Cradle Fern grow and that is all it takes.
