Kinetic Games continues to support it with content updates, new features, and quality-of-life additions. With the release of Nell’s Diner, the developers have also partnered with Twitch for a drops campaign.
Here is how you can earn and claim Twitch drops for Phasmophobia on PC.
Phasmophobia Twitch Drops
The Sweet Tooth campaign is currently active and includes the following reward:

There was another campaign available previously, which included the animated version of the same ID Card and Badge, but this one isn’t that bad. I hope that the developers consider giving away that animated version again at some point.
Phasmophobia Twitch Drops Schedule
The current Twitch Drops campaign for Phasmophobia is active from November 18, 2025, to November 25, 2025.
How to Claim Twitch Drops for Phasmophobia
You need to connect Phasmophobia with Twitch to become eligible for these rewards and the campaign itself.
- Launch Phasmophobia and load into the game. Here, locate the Twitch Drops icon at the bottom and click on it.
- Click “Connect” on the pop-up, and you’ll see a code in a few seconds. Copy the copy or reveal it.
- Head over to the following link and enter the code. This will link your accounts.
- Once you’ve linked your game and Twitch accounts, head over to any Phasmophobia stream with drops enabled and watch the Stream (or put it on in the background) for the specified time, a total of 120 minutes if you want everything.
- You can keep track of the drop progress in your Twitch inventory. If the progress bar doesn’t update automatically, refresh the page.
- Once you have watched the specified time, you’ll see the “Claim Now” button on the same page, which will appear over the items one by one.
- After you claim the items, they will show up in your inventory.
