As you traverse the Dark Castle in Disney Dreamlight Valley and unlock the first of many doors, you’ll encounter a second with a beast’s head on it. Interacting with it only gives you your inventory, while various notes suggest the door, also known as “Doorine”, wants some food. What does this all mean? How would you go about feeding a door? Doorine Puzzle Solution in Disney Dreamlight Valley
While searching for Doorine, you’ll pass by a food table and a campfire alongside a note. The food table has four ingredients: Lettuce, garlic, salt, and a thorn sprout. The note, on the other hand, contains a riddle, and after deciphering it, we learn that you’ll need the following ingredients for the dish:
- Dark Castle Lettuce
- Dreamlight Salt
- Thorn Sprout
Using these items, you’ll create a Night Thorn Sprout Salad, the perfect meal for the door. Well, at least in this universe, it is! Make sure to exclude the garlic while making this, or else you’ll have to make the dish again before returning it to Doorine.

Once you have your salad, return to the door and place it into the empty slot to unlock the door and progress through the Dark Castle! Many more puzzles await, but at the very least, you are one step closer to solving them all.
