How to Get Infinite Money Using Cheats in Starfield

Get millions of credits with one command

How do you feel about playing Starfield, picking up thousands of items, and selling them to merchants to make money? For some, this is part of the enjoyment of playing an RPG. For others, grinding for money is monotonous. Instead of doing this, the game allows you to use cheat commands, letting you spawn items, credits, or anything else you desire. To learn more, continue reading to discover how to get infinite credits using money cheats and glitches in Starfield. Note that this is for PC only – you can’t open the command console on Xbox.

To gain money in Starfield using cheats, you must open the cheat command console using the ~ key on PC and type in player.additem 0000000f #, replacing the # with your desired amount. For example, if you want an extra 10,000 credits, type player.additem 0000000f 10000. If you want to get millions at a time, add more zeroes.

As shown in the picture below, entering the cheat command into the console automatically gave me the number of credits I typed in, with a notification in the top-right corner of my screen confirming. The credits will go straight to your inventory balance, ready to use whenever you wish.

While this picture only shows 10 credits at first, as that’s the first command I used, I raised it to one million to see if there was any limit to what you can spawn in. One million worked, and I am now a very wealthy space explorer.

By changing the center value in the command, you can also spawn other items to aid you along your journey through Starfield. A similar example is Digipicks, which have an item ID of 0000000a. If you ever run out and want to spawn some in quickly, just use player.additem 0000000a #. You can do this with guns, ammo, and other resources, too; it is just a matter of finding the ID and sending the command into the console.
