How to Defeat Blaster in LEGO Fortnite

To get the Blast Core, you need to defeat Blaster enemies. These enemies are found in Lava Caves in the desert area on the map. You will be able to spot them when inside the cave by their black rocky shape with lava coming out from the top.

Just like Rollers and Sand Rollers that you come across in the open areas, these are also similar to them in their attacking ways and behaviors. Once you get close to them, they will startle and attack you. You will know when they are going to attack by the red exclamation mark that appears on top of them.

The way Blasters are similar to Rollers and Sand Rollers is their attacking pattern, where they will roll at you and throw projectiles toward you. But what makes Blasters different and more difficult than the others is that they will self-destruct when they get close to you, taking away most of your health. So you will need to stay away from them as much as you can and use long-range weapons like a Recurve Crossbow.

Along with Blasters, you will come across Skeletons inside the cave that will throw dynamite at you and attack you in hordes. It makes it difficult to target Blasters when you have other enemies coming at you. What you can do in that case is to bait the horde of skeletons towards the Blaster and cause it to self-destruct, which will eliminate half of the horde and give you Blast Core in return. It is the easiest method to defeat Blasters and gather Blast Core in Lego Fortnite.

If you fail to do the above method, you can always let the Explorer NPC take the Blasters on their own while you deal with the skeletons. So prepare yourself with a Cool-Headed Charm and head to the Lava Cave in the Drylands to defeat the Blasters and get yourself a Blast Core.
