After purchasing Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Rift in Time expansion pack, you’ll meet Jafar, who introduces you to Eternity Isle and its wonder. On this island is an ancient gate, which you’ll have to open to progress through this region’s quest line.
Where to Find the Eternity Isle Ancient Gate in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Upon arriving at Eternity Isle and speaking to Jafar about the Ancient Gate, you’ll want to run toward the staircase to your right, just behind the broken Goofy Stall, and ascend it before moving toward the player-owned house and turning left.

Here, you’ll find a large door reminiscent of locations like the Mystical Cave. You will also spot a pedestal to your right, surrounded by shards you can clear away. Remove the shards and interact with the pedestal to speak to Jafar again, beginning your next Eternity Isle quest.
How to Unlock the Ancient Gate in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Once you speak to Jafar and progress through the Secrets of Eternity Isle quest, he’ll ask you to search for two Ancient Sphere shards to unlock the gate. They’re both buried under the ground, requiring you to dig them out with your shovel.
After collecting both pieces, head to the crafting station next to the player-owned house and make the Ancient Sphere before placing it on the pillar next to the gate. Upon doing this and investigating the gate, it will open, allowing you to venture further into Eternity Isle.
