Guitar Cat location in I’m Not a Robot

The Guitar Cat can be found on the back of a shirt of a man sitting at the orange picnic tables near the right end of the panorama. He’s slightly east of the tall statue in the center of the courtyard and situated between two white tents with the “Radeberger Pilger” name on them. You need to drag the panorama around a bit to find him, as he’s not very close to the stage and central area where the camera starts off.
Once you spot the Guitar Cat on his shirt, click on it, then select the “Verify” option in the bottom right corner. As soon as you do, level 23 is complete, and you’re one step closer to proving you’re not a robot.
