Progressing through Eternity Isle in Disney Dreamlight Valley requires opening a massive ancient gate, which you’ll need a magical sphere to accomplish. Let’s discuss where to find both ancient sphere pieces in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Ancient Sphere Piece Locations in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The two ancient sphere pieces are buried underground on Eternity Isle, with one between the Dock’s Wishing Well and your player-owned home and the other near the abandoned Scrooge McDuck shop. You’ll have to use your royal shovel to dig both out of the ground.
Make sure to have empty inventory slots to pick up each orb piece and craft them later!
The first ancient sphere piece is buried next to a tree. You’ll spot it after climbing the stairs and interacting with Ancient Gate, as these trees are between it and the wishing well. The images below show this location.
The second ancient sphere piece is on the bottom floor near the ruined Scrooge McDuck store. When you go down the west stairs, take an immediate right to find the building, with the sphere piece on the other side in front of a large tree. The pictures below show this spot.
Once you have both pieces, go to the crafting station near the Eternity Isle house and look for Ancient Sphere under Functional Items. Upon crafting it, head back to the Ancient Gate and interact with the nearby blue pedestal to insert the orb and open the gate, allowing you to discover a new area and progress through the Rift of Time expansion’s quest line.
