The massive world of LEGO Fortnite just got a bit smaller with the addition of the fast travel feature in the v30.40 update. Players will still need to roam the area to get further, so here is how to fast travel in LEGO Fortnite.

How to Fast Travel at Bus Stations in LEGO Fortnite

LEGO Fortnite players can fast travel in their worlds by visiting any Bus Station on the map. Bus Stations were a new structure added in the v30.40 update, and several of them have already been placed in your world automatically; no new world creation is needed.

Simply travel around your world until you see a bus stop giving off a blue aura in the distance. Go up to the fast travel map at the station and choose any other bus station for the Fortnite Battle Bus to arrive and carry you away from where you need to go.

How to Get Rift Shards in LEGO Fortnite

LEGO Fortnite players can get Rift Shards by destroying pre-existing Bus Stations with an Epic Pickaxe in the world. This is the only method currently available to players at the time of writing. That means players will have to seek out a Bus Station and destroy it each time they would like to build a new one.

Destroying one gives three Rift Shards, which is enough to build the next station. There is a finite number of Bus Stations that players can have on the map at any given time, so players must search the world and destroy the pre-existing stations to rebuild them wherever they please.
