For this reason, we have made a guide to teach you how to purchase and upgrade apartments in Cyberpunk 2077.

To purchase new apartments in Cyberpunk 2077, head to your computer and open the EZEstates website. Once you open the website, you will see all the available apartments you can rent. If the EZEstate website does not appear on your computer, it means that you have not completed the Playing For Time main mission. Complete the main quest, and this feature will become available to you.

You will be presented with four apartments that you can purchase. These are:

  • Northside – $5,000
  • Japantown – $15,000
  • The Glen – $40,000
  • Corpo Plaza – $55,000

Each apartment varies in style, location, price, and extra features depending on the value of it. Simply click on the apartment you want. It will be yours if you have enough credits. All of your stored items in your apartments will be shared among other apartments, and you can access them from any of your properties.

You can upgrade your apartments by accessing the EZEstates website from your computer and clicking on the Makeover tab on the left side of the screen. Here, you will see SIX different themes of the apartment you can choose from, each costing $10,000 Eddies. These themes don’t change that much about your apartment other than the color of your surroundings.

Furthermore, there are extra features added to the game where you can get stat bonuses for completing activities while in your apartment. These buffs last for an hour, and each activity will grant you different buffs. These are:

  • Sleeping – Grants 20% increased experience.
  • Showering – Increases Health Regeneration rate and threshold by 20%.
  • Brewing Coffee – Increases Max Stamina by 25% and Stamina Regeneration Rate by 30%.
