Are you curious about how the lean mechanic works in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare? If so, be sure to check out everything you need to know about the lean feature below.

How to Lean in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

This ability in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare allows players to brace their weapon up a wall or edge and fire with most of their body still behind cover. This will enable you always to be able to fire at your enemies while making the least amount of your character’s body available for your enemies to shoot.

The process for activating this particular feature is not a difficult one by any means. All that you have to do is walk up against the edge of a wall or flat surface and hold down the aim and melee buttons. This will then cause your character to lean and brace their weapon on the surface. In addition to making you less of an easy target, leaning also lessens the recoil of your gun much more than if you were not leaning when shooting.

There are sure to be plenty of excited players testing out the best ways to use the lean feature in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare for use in all of their future battles.
