How to Join The Division 2 Private Beta

There are two ways to join the Private Beta for The Division 2. First, you can head over to the official website for The Division 2 and sign up for a chance to participate in the beta. You will need to select your platform of choice and log into your Ubisoft account to register for the Private Beta waiting list.

While this is the easier method of the two, it’s important to note that signing up online does not guarantee access to the beta. The only sure-fire way to ensure you can play in the Private Beta is by pre-ordering the game ahead of time.

The Division 2 Private Beta takes place from February 7-10, which means players will need to pre-order the game within the next couple weeks to be guaranteed the chance to play the game early. Pre-orders also receive the Capitol Defender Pack, which includes the Hazmat 2.0 outfit and an Exotic SPAS-12 shotgun named ‘The Lullaby’.

The Division 2 Pre-orders

On top of gaining beta access, those who pre-order the Gold, Ultimate, Dark Zone, or Phoenix Shield editions of The Division 2 will also be able to play the game three days early. Each edition comes with different perks, which you can review in Ubisoft’s handy chart above to see which edition is right for you.

If you’re hoping to get a head start on leveling in The Division 2, then you may want to consider pre-ordering one of the special editions of the game listed above. If you are just hoping to receive access to The Division 2 Private Beta, then signing up on the website or pre-ordering in general should suffice.

The Division 2 is scheduled to release on March 15 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. It’s worth noting that the PC version of The Division 2 will not be coming to Steam, as Epic Games has scooped up the title exclusively for the new Epic Games Store.
