With most every new Fortnite season, Epic releases a new starter pack that allows players to get some exclusive items and a couple of V-Bucks to help them get started with the season. For Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 3, the Yellowjacket pack will be the starter bundle and will offer four items to those who purchase it. Here’s everything you need to know about the Yellowjacket pack including its price, everything included, and how to get it.
Fortnite Yellowjacket Pack Release Date
The Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 3 Yellowjacket pack will be released in-game on June 23 at midnight local time. The bundle will cost $4.99 and will include the Yellowjacket skin, Backstabber Back Bling, Venom Blade Pickaxe, and 600 V-Bucks. Further, this bundle should be available throughout Season 3, so there is really no rush to purchase it. However, it is a one-time purchase item.
Once it’s available, the Fortnite Yellowjacket pack can be purchased from the in-game Item Shop or through your platform’s online store. Even if you’re not a fan of the skin, this is a pretty good deal if you’re wanting to pick up a few extra V-Bucks. Normally, 1,000 V-Bucks will cost $10, and with the Yellowjacket pack, you’ll be getting 600 V-Bucks, plus three items. So if you have a few dollars to spare, or have your eye on something in the Item Shop, it’s probably worth purchasing it.

Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 3 finally released on June 17 after a handful of delays. The new season flooded the island as a result of the Doomsday event at the end of Season 2. There are now a couple of new locations to explore, mythic weapons to find, and much more in the new season. Further, there is also a new Aquaman skin that players can unlock by completing some specific themed challenges. Similar to the Deadpool skin last season, players can unlock the Aquaman skin by completing different challenges over the course of a few weeks.
