This is where the Razor skin comes into play. Dataminers have discovered that this outfit could be a part of an upcoming promotion. Unfortunately, the exact details of this Razor outfit promotion have not yet been announced by Epic Games.
However, it will likely consist of players having to download and play the new RPG to get the outfit for their cosmetic item inventories.
