How to Fast Travel

Before you can start fast traveling your way across the Greek isles, you’re going to need to start unlocking synchronization points around the world. These are usually located pretty high up, requiring you to do a little bit of climbing to reach them. The good news is, these points are actually marked on the map, which means you should be able to find them and unlock them fairly easily.

In order to unlock synchronization points, head to the white eagle marker on your map. Once you arrive, find the actual synchronization point—there should be an eagle resting nearby to point it out—and then interact with it. This will give you a brief overview of the area and then the fog of war filter on the map will dissolve, revealing nearby streets, landmarks and more. This will also change the white eagle marker to a golden eagle, allowing you to see which synchronization points you have managed to unlock along the way.

After you gain access to your ship, you can also fast travel to it at any time. In order to use the ship as a fast travel point in the world, simply open the Map tab in your menu and hover over the gold ship icon for The Adrestia. You can fast travel directly to your ship even when you’re far away.

That’s all there is to know about fast traveling in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, so make sure you head back over to our Assassin’s Creed Odyssey guide for more in-depth content and guides to help you tackle the latest adventure in Ubisoft’s beloved open-world series.
