How to Choose Your Role In Gnosia
Gnosia is a murder mystery game that will take you through multiple time loops every time you complete a run. Each run lasts about 10-15 minutes and will push the story forward.
After you’ve looped 12 times you’ll be given access to the ability to change your role. Meaning you won’t have to just play as a crewmate, but you’ll be able to play as a crewmate, engineer, guardian angel, Doctor, or even the Gnosia themselves.
Once you hit Loop 13 it will trigger a story cutscene explaining why you now have this new power. The menu before each new loop will now look like this. It’s here where you can change the number of NPCs, what roles are available, what you will be for the next loop, and eventually, more options will present themselves as the gamer progresses.
Early in the game, Gnosia will spend most of the time explaining the various roles to you by making you play through loops as it introduces new concepts to you. Once you’ve unlocked the ability to choose your role the game will continue to test and push the story forward every new loop.
