After the explosive reveal of Battlefield 6, DICE is letting players go hands-on through open betas. While Battlefield 2042 left many disappointed, there’s cautious optimism this time. To mark the occasion, EA has partnered with Twitch for limited-time drops, giving fans more incentive to jump in and check it out.
Here is how you can earn these Twitch drops for the Battlefield 6 open beta ahead of its launch later this year.
Battlefield 6 Open Beta Twitch Drops
There are two campaigns planned for the Battlefield 6 Open Beta, and both will include the following items:
| Item | Item Image | Total watched minutes required |
|---|---|---|
| Mimic Weapons Package | ![]() | 60 Minutes (1 Hour) |
| Landslide Soldier Skin | 120 Minutes (2 Hours) | |
| Shattered Vehicle Skin | ![]() | 180 Minutes (3 Hours) |
| Imperial Soldier Skin | 240 Minutes (4 Hours) |
Two skins haven’t been revealed yet, but I’ll add the images as soon as those are. Overall, it seems that the promise of grounded cosmetics is holding up so far, at least.

Battlefield 6 Twitch Drops Schedule
The Twitch Drops will be active during the following sessions:
- Session One: August 7, 2025 to August 10, 2025
- Session Two: August 14, 2025, to August 17, 2025
How to Claim Twitch Drops for Battlefield 6
You need to connect your EA account with Twitch to become eligible for these rewards and the campaign itself.
- Head over to the following link to both accounts, EA and Twitch.

- Once you’ve linked your EA and Twitch accounts, head over to any Battlefield 6 stream with drops enabled and watch the Stream (or put it on in the background) for the specified time, a total of 240 minutes if you want everything.
- You can keep track of the drop progress in your Twitch inventory. If the progress bar doesn’t update automatically, refresh the page.
- Once you have watched the specified time, you’ll see the Claim Now button on the same page, over the items one by one.
- After you claim the items, they will show up in your inventory.
Battlefield 6 Early Access to Open Beta
If you missed out on earning an early access code for the open beta, there’s still a chance to get in on the action. Simply watch 30 minutes of any creator streaming Battlefield 6 on Twitch during August 7-8. This will give you a code which you can redeem by following the instructions here.

I’m excited to jump into the open beta myself and see how well the destruction holds up outside of a LAN environment. Battlefield 6 has a lot riding on it for the studio, and I hope DICE delivers everything fans have been waiting for.
