If you’re working to complete all of the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 Week 10 Challenges, you’ll eventually run into a task that asks you to swim in Lazy Lake. The location itself is easy to spot on the map, but the directions can feel a little confusing at first.
Do you need to swim in a certain part of the water area by Lazy Lake? Do you need to be in there for a specific amount of time? Answering these questions for you in this guide, we think you’ll find this challenge easier to complete than you might think!
Fortnite Week 10 Challenges | How To Swim In Lazy Lake
One of the Fortnite Week 10 Challenges asks you to go for a swim in Lazy Lake.
In the map image above, we’ve circled the water area near Lazy Lake where you can complete this task.
If you haven’t attempted to go for a swim yet, you may be surprised to learn that you can actually complete this challenge within a matter of seconds.
If the Battle Bus is passing above Lazy Lake, you can drop straight down and aim for the nearby water area (marked in our map image).
When you land in the water, you’ll immediately complete the Week 10 Challenge. No, seriously, that’s all you need to do.
You don’t need to swim around in any particular direction, and you don’t need to be in the water for a set amount of time.
All you need to do is land in the water at Lazy Lake, or head to Lazy Lake sometime during your Fortnite match and take a quick dip in the water and that’s it, you’re done.
No matter how you get there, putting yourself in the lake is all it takes to cross this one off your Week 10 Challenge list.
And by completing this challenge, you’ll earn 20,000 XP and can then move on to focus on other, harder tasks like eliminating 5 IO Guards.
We hope this clarification of “how to swim at Lazy Lake” has helped make the Week 10 Challenge feel less confusing and a lot more approachable!
