Fortnite Season 9 Week 1: Sky Platforms - Prima Games

Fortnite Season 9 Week 1: Sky Platforms

by John Cooper

The Fortnite Season 9 Week 1 challenges are here and while many of them are nice and straight-forward, one of them needs a bit of effort. Finding the Sky Platforms can be tricky because of how large the map is, plus, you need to remember which ones you have and haven’t visited. It is probably best to make a checklist or something, either that or just boss your way around the map and get them in one swoop.

These platforms are huge and airborne, suspended by the brand-new Slipstreams that have just been introduced. You can get to the platforms in a couple of different ways. The easiest way is to simply drop to them straight from the Battle Bus in the beginning, it will take a few games to do it this way, but you were probably going to play them anyway. The other way is to use the Slipstreams on the ground and fire yourself into the sky like a clown from a cannon, or a t-shirt from a cannon, or a pirate from a cannon. Notice the theme?

There are seven of these gigantic flying platforms to find, and once you’ve found all of them you’ll have completed the challenge. Here is where to find them:

  • East of Neo Tilted
  • South-west of Pleasant Park
  • North of Paradise Palms
  • West of Shifty Shafts
  • South-west of Lazy Lagoon
  • South-east of Pressure Plant
  • South of Salty Springs

That’s the complete list of the Sky Platforms. You can either tick them off as you go or simply work your way through however you like. Once you have visited all of them you will have completed the toughest of the Season 9 Week 1 challenges. Then it is just a matter of waiting for next week and the chaos that will inevitably bring.
