The radar sign challenge for Week 5 requires players to record a speed of at least 27 or higher at five different radar sign locations throughout the map in Fortnite. To do this, you’ll first need to grab a vehicle that can reach those speeds, like the Quadcrasher or ATK.

The new Quadcrasher has a speed boost function that will allow you to blast past the radar sign at top speed. The ATK can work too, but you may need to build a ramp to gain some momentum or pull off a fancy drift maneuver using the powerslide to go fast enough past the radar sign to push you over the speed requirement.

Fortnite Radar Sign Locations

So far, we’ve come across at least seven radar sign locations in Fortnite, but you only need to hit the speed minimum at five different radar signs. We’ve circled each radar sign location on the map below.

The radar signs are found along various streets and roadways, which should come as no surprise. When you clock in at 27 or higher past a radar sign, a siren sound will play, signaling that you’ve accomplished the task. Do this five times at different radar signs to mark off this Season 6 Week 5 challenge.
