The Fortnite Loserfruit skin released in the game on June 21 and was announced via the official Fortnite Twitter account, seen in the tweet below. Belsten’s skin and Back Bling will be available to purchase for 1,500 V-Bucks, which will cost about $15 dollars. Players can also pick up the Fruit Punchers Harvesting Tool for 800 V-Bucks and the Bounce Berry Emote for 300 V-Bucks, making the whole set 2,600 V-Bucks, or around $25. At the time of writing, it’s unclear how long the skin will remain in the Item Shop, so if you’re interested, you better go ahead and get it now.

Belsten took to Twitter to express her excitement about the Loserfruit skin coming to Fortnite, sharing, “I’m incredibly lucky and grateful. This has been such a dream!.” Epic kicked off the Fortnite Icon Series in January 2020 by partnering with Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins to bring a Ninja skin into the game. Epic has since promised that it would be partnering with more creators from the community, so it’s nice to see that promise become a reality. At the time of writing, Epic has not currently revealed any other partnerships with creators.

If you’re short on V-Bucks, players can purchase the Yellowjacket pack for $5 from the Item Shop starting on June 23 to get 600 V-Bucks along with some exclusive items. V-Bucks can also be purchased from the in-game store or your platform’s store.

Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 3 officially kicked off on June 17 after a series of delays. The new season introduced a handful of changes to the game, like the ability to ride sharks, some new map locations, new mythic weapons, and more. Further, similar to Season 2, players can complete a set of Battle Pass exclusive challenges to unlock an Aquaman skin. To get the skin, players will need to complete a series of five special challenges that are released each week. Currently, only one challenge has been released, so you’ve got plenty of time to hop in.
