When it comes to speaking to characters in the game, some are harder to find than others which can be frustrating, especially if you’re looking to complete challenges that require you to interact with NPCs.

Additionally, there’s incentive to find all of the game’s NPCs as it can help you complete the Characters page of your Collections. To help give you a better idea as to where all of these characters are, we’ve put together a comprehensive guide on where to find all 18 NPCs in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7!

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 | Where to Find All 18 NPCs

Fortnite players looking to complete the “Characters” section of their Collections during Chapter 2 Season 7 will need to track down all of the game’s NPCs. In total, there are 18 NPCs that you can interact with in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7.

Note that additional NPCs may be added as Season 7 progresses, so be sure to check back as we’ll be updating this guide as new characters are added in Fortnite.

In the map image above, you can see the marked locations of all 18 NPCs.

If you’re looking for a specific character and need some additional information, we have a list below of all 18 along with a text description of their location in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7.

#1 Abstrakt – Located at the western edge of Retail Row, typically wandering behind the buildings near where the truck container is parked.

#2 Human Bill – NPC #2 was previously glitched but can now be found in the game. To find Human Bill, visit Steamy Stacks and head to building #5 at the upper right corner. Inside the building on the third floor, you’ll find Human Bill.

#3 Guggimon – Located outside of Lockie’s Lighthouse near the little home that sits next to the lighthouse itself. Note that Guggimon is not friendly and WILL shoot at you. To speak to them, you’ll first need to eliminate them at which point their hologram will appear who you can then talk to.

#4 Sunny – Located at Believer Beach near the pier. When we found Sunny, she was walking around the sandy part of the beach underneath the pier rather than on top of the pier.

#5 Bunker Jonesy – Located in a small wood cabin to the south of the mountains south of Misty Meadows.

#6 Bushranger – Located near the river’s edge outside of the front entrance to Risky Reels.

#7 Dreamflower – Located near Flopper Pond, typically out back by the dock where you can fish in the pond.

#8 Joey – Joey is located in a small office building on the western edge of Dirty Docks near the road you can take down towards Compact Cars.

#9 Hayseed – Located inside the main house building at Steel Farm, east of Corny Complex.

#10 Marigold – Located walking around the bottom area of one of the tall buildings at the southeast corner of Lazy Lake (building south of the “K” when viewing Lazy Lake from your Fortnite map).

#11 Maven – Located at Dinky Dish, one of the new Dish locations, with this one being just south of FN Radio.

#12 Rick Sanchez – Located at Defiant Dish near the top of the location’s main building. Keep heading up the stairs until you reach the top, and in an open room with some couches and tech, you should be able to spot Rick.

#13 Riot – Located at Yellow Steel Bridge to the southeast of Misty Meadows. From Misty Meadows, head east towards the Yellow Steel Bridge and you should spot Riot. Note that Riot is not friendly and will shoot at you. To speak to them, you’ll have to eliminate them first and speak to their hologram that spawns afterwards.

#14 Rook – Located at Dockside Dish that’s just north of Lake Canoe.

#15 Special Forces – Located near Redacted, the bunker entrance north of Catty Corner. Head down the ramp and approach the bunker. Typically, Special Forces will be wandering around off to the right near the door to a small room you can enter near the bunker entrance.

#16 Swamp Stalker – Located near a small wood shack by the ocean with a tomato garden out front near the location of Dampy Dish south of Slurpy Swamp.

#17 Doctor Slone – Doctor Slone is the hardest NPC to find in Fortnite. Doctor Slone can be found in the bunker area underneath Corny Complex. To get there, you’ll need to access one of the secret entrances, like a Port-o-Potty in one of the main buildings that instead of hiding you, slides you down to the bunker.

Note that Doctor Slone is not friendly, can teleport, and will shoot you. The fight against Doctor Slone can be tricky, so be sure to come prepared as you’ll also have to fight a few IO Guards. Once you eliminate Doctor Slone, you’ll be able to speak to their hologram, you can also collect a Legendary weapon dropped by Doctor Slone called Slone’s Pulse Rifle.

#18 TBA – NPC #18 hasn’t been added to the game yet. Previously it was believed to be Beach Brutus but this appears to not be the case. We’ll update as soon as NPC #18 is officially added.

During Chapter 2 Season 7 in Fortnite, NPCs will offer you a number of things from Quests where you can earn Bars, to the ability to hire them to tag along and help you out.

You can also purchase items from some NPCs, and by speaking to them, they’ll give you a freebie item which may or may not be useful. It depends on the item the NPC is handing out.

Even if you aren’t interested in purchasing anything from an NPC or hiring them, it’s still worth visiting them all and speaking to them as again it’ll help you complete the “Characters” page of your Collections in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7.
