The final Legendary Quest as part of the Week 8 Challenges in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 asks players to converse with characters to identify an Infiltrator.
If you’re new to Fortnite and are uncertain where to find characters, or you aren’t quite sure what it means to identify an Infiltrator, you’ve come to the right place.
Below, we’ll walk you through how to converse with characters to identify an Infiltrator in Fortnite!
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 | Converse With Characters to Identify an Infiltrator
The first thing you’ll need to know to complete the “Converse With Characters to Identify an Infiltrator” Quest in Fortnite is where to find NPCs.
When you select the Quest while in the Quest menu, the locations of NPCs across the Fortnite map will pop up (as seen in the image above).
You can visit any of these NPCs and speak to them, but there’s no guarantee the one you choose to visit will be an Infiltrator. You may need to visit a few before you find an Infiltrator.
For us, we recommend checking in with Sunny over at Believer Beach as they seem to be a reliable way to identify an Infiltrator. At least based on our experience.
To talk to a character like Sunny, approach them and use the button or key to interact (E on PC).
Select the “…” and then when they ask if you really don’t remember them, say no and then an option will pop up to “Reveal Infiltrator” which you’ll need to select.
After that, the Quest will be marked as complete and you’ll earn 30,000 XP for your efforts in Fortnite. Note that you don’t need to defeat the Infiltrator once you identify them after talking to an NPC, all you need to do is reveal them to complete this Quest in Fortnite.
