One of Fortnite’s multi-stage Week 7 challenges for Season 6 starts off by requiring players to consume five apples in Fortnite. Apples can be found throughout the map in Battle Royale and consuming them replenishes a small amount of health. We’ve mapped out the general locations of where to find apples in Fortnite on the map below to help players complete the first stage of this challenge.
Where to Find Apples in Fortnite
Apples typically are found on the ground beneath trees in Fortnite. Not all trees spawn apples under them, so you will have to look for a specific type of tree to find and consume apples for this challenge. Apple trees in Fortnite tend to have lighter colored leaves, a rounded top, and relatively thin trunks, though in some cases the trees may look a bit different. You will want to look for trees that look like the ones in the image below.
Even after finding the right trees, apples may not always spawn. Apples in Fortnite are bright red, which usually makes them easy to spot. They are usually found in groups on the ground, and each apple will restore 5 HP when consumed.
Since apples are meant for restoring a portion of health, it’s important to keep in mind that you won’t be able to consume them if your health meter is full. You will need to incur a small bit of damage ahead of time so that you can actually consume the apples when you find them. Here’s where to look for apples in Fortnite:
Once you have consumed the five apples required for stage one, the next stages will require you to consume bandages, medkits, and slurp juice, in that order.
