As with the other animals in the high-profile title, the Firefly only is available when it spawns at a specific schedule at a particular kind of location. Players will find that the Firefly spawns near freshwater during June in the Northern hemisphere and during December in the Southern Hemisphere. This bug only spawning for one month in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres make it one of the rarest bugs that players can encounter and catch in the latest entry in the fan-favorite franchise.

This specific bug will only generate during the hours of 7 PM to 4 AM, so players will need to make sure they are night owls in the game to have a chance of catching the Firefly.

Players who sell this bug will be able to get a price of 300 Bells. It would be very wise for anyone needing some money to take some time and try to encounter and catch this bug in the latest entry in the fan-favorite Nintendo franchise. However, they will need to secure a large amount to get a strong return on their time investment.

There is no doubt that players can reap some benefits by taking the time to search out and catch these bugs near the freshwater on their island.
