During your time in Final Fantasy XIV, you’ll eventually be asked to join a Grand Company. This is different from a Free Company, the game’s version of player-led guilds. A GC is one of three various factions that will give the player rewards for completing challenges specific to that faction. Here are the FFXIV Grand Company ranks in order.
