Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout System Requirements

Can your potato PC run Fall Guys? Probably!

Thanks to its goofy charms, PlayStation Plus launch, and ease of access, Fall Guys is proving to be the latest hotness in the battle royale genre space. There’s no denying this game’s charm and raw appeal, and that’s only solidified by all the folks in the gaming community hoping that Fall Guys will come to other platforms. But for now, folks who don’t have a PS4 or a gaming PC may be wondering if their equipment is at least good enough to run this game.

What are the Fall Guys System Requirements?

Luckily, it doesn’t really take much to play Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout on PC. The minimum requirements are pretty generous, and there isn’t really anything at all for the usual “recommended” requirements. Presumably, that means the minimum and what’s recommended for a good experience live in roughly the same ballpark. If you can meet the minimum, which is fairly likely, you should be able to join in on the floopy bean party.

Here are the requirements, which we’ve taken from the official Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout Steam listing:

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10 64bit only
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7950
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 2 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: Gamepad Recommended

The “recommended” section is literally blank, save for the 64-bit requirement being repeated, which is more of a header these days than an actual requirement. As far as the minimum GPU requirement, the Nvidia GTX 660 series came out back in 2012, so there’s a pretty solid chance even your laptop clears that hurdle if it’s less than eight years old. So if you’re wondering if your potato of a computer is at least strong enough for Fall Guys, the answer is likely a resounding “yes,” if only due to the natural consequences of the passage of time.

Were you waiting to see if Fall Guys would come to your non-PS4 console of choice, but eventually gave in and decided to take the plunge on PC? Or are you still on the fence about your plucky laptop being able to handle the silly beans in animal costumes? Let us know if you’ve been able to play Fall Guys on an older computer and what your specs are over at the Prima Games Facebook and Twitter channels!
