Everything Included in the Remnant 2 Deluxe Edition

Deluxe in terms of deluxe clothing at least.

Remnant 2 is debuting on July 25 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5, allowing players to finally jump back into the alternate Earth of Remnant’s universe. The first game was brutally difficult at times, so be ready to enjoy the satisfying gunplay while yelling at your screen until your throat hurts. With all this in mind, you may be debating which edition you should grab and how much you should pay. Here’s everything included in the Remnant 2 Deluxe Edition.

What Do I Get With the Deluxe Edition of Remnant 2?

With the Deluxe Edition, you’ll snag yourself the base game of Remnant 2 naturally. Alongside that, you’ll also snag yourself three armor sets that reference the original Remnant: From the Ashes. Both of these things will set you back $59.99, as compared to the base game price of $49.99. If you end up pre-ordering the Deluxe Edition (as with all other editions), you’ll get immediate access to the Gunslinger Archetype, which you must unlock otherwise later in the game.

Should I Get the Deluxe Edition of Remnant 2?

If I’m going to be honest, you’d probably be better off either spending less to get just the base game or spending the extra $10 to get the Ultimate Edition instead. Having three armor sets that are inspired by the last game is nice, but you’d get that with the Ultimate Edition, which also comes with extra resources, three days of early access to the game (if you’re reading this before launch), and three upcoming DLC packs for the game. If you spend less, you still get a game that doesn’t need a bunch of extra stuff if you don’t want it. The base game would be my call, but if you’re a Remnant super fan, then the Ultimate Edition might make more sense.
