How to Get Married in Unicorn Overlord

While you can marry a substantial part of your army, to convince them to put on the Ring of the Maiden, you’re going to have to build rapport with them. To build rapport in Unicorn Overlord, you have a few options.

  • Characters in the same unit build rapport after each fight, whether they win or lose.
  • Share meals at the tavern.
  • Give gifts to the units you’ve stationed as guards.

Once you’ve gotten maximum rapport with a unit, you’ll unlock the Rite of Covenant with that unit. This will allow Alain to give that unit the Ring of Maiden, which then influences the ending you’ll get.

Unicorn Overlord might not be waving that flag with as much vigor as we like, but do you know what game does let you marry the men you recruit? Fire Emblem Engage. It’s a great game with plenty of romance options, and it’s well worth grinding through them all.
