Equipment can be found on the field depending on the map, and each one will do something different. It’s another mechanic to shooting and throwing grenades.

Every Piece of Equipment In Halo Infinite & What They Do

Overshield

This is a Halo classic. Use this to gain additional shields on the battlefield in a heated fight.

Active Camo

Another staple in Halo. Active Camo will give you invisibility as long as you aren’t moving. If you move slowly the camo will begin to become more solid and players will be able to see you more clearly.

Thruster

The Thruster provides you with three separate dashes you can use for a quick escape or close the distance on a jump. It’s a great way to add more maneuverability to your kit.

Grappleshot

Every game is better with a grappling hook, right? Well, Halo Infinite has one and you can find it on the battlefield. It works similar to Pathfinders from Apex Legend or the one from Titanfall. It has weight to it so using it will moving to swing around is the best way to gain distance.

Threat Sensor

The Threat Sensor is shot out and will affect an area. Any enemies caught in the area will be marked for you and your teammates.

Drop Wall

The Drop Wall will provide a shield wall to block enemy fire. It’s created in segments so enemies can shoot out parts of the wall, so be sure to be careful and watch out!

Repulsor

The Repulsor allows you to shoot out a powerful force that shoves enemies back. You can use this to shove them into walls and do damage or simply to knock them off a cliff. Use this to disorient enemies during a fight.

That’s everything you need to know about the equipment found in halo Infinite. For more tips, tricks, and guides be sure to check out Prima Games and the official Twitter and Facebook pages.
