Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is stuffed full of fan service from the anime and manga. In addition to the huge roster in the game, Super Vegeta is also an unlockable character. To unlock Super Vegeta in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, you’ll have to put in a little bit of work, but if you’ve been playing since the game released, you should be properly leveled so you can quickly unlock the Super Vegeta transformation.
Before you can unlock Super Vegeta you first need access to the standard Super Saiyan transformation. This also requires you to play as a Saiyan character, so if you’re on a Namekian or Frieza race character you won’t be able to access Super Vegeta. Once you can use the Super Saiyan transformation, head back over to the Capsule Corporation and speak with Vegeta again. He usually won’t appear until you’re around level 60. Defeat him again and you’ll have access to Super Vegeta 1 and Super Vegeta 2.
Super Vegeta is very advantageous for Ki users as his Ki abilities are generally more powerful compared to the other races and transformations. Which version of Super Vetega you transform into depends on how much Ki you have. Unfortunately, there is no way to transform into Super Vegeta 3 because Vegeta never transformed into Super Saiyan 3 in the anime or manga.
