It’s an impressive showing from Bioware, who have done a tremendous job with the PC release, not only including optimization but also ensuring that it has all the bells and whistles we expect from other modern PC titles. Dragon Age The Veilguard Save File Location

The save file for Dragon Age: The Veilguard can be found at the following location:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age The Veilguard\save games

The “save games” folder contains all the data you’ll need, and if you want to back this up for future use, just copy the entire “Dragon Age The Veilguard” folder.

To quickly navigate to the same location, you can use Windows Run. To bring up Run, press the Windows and R keys together.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard has native support for multiple input types including Xbox and PlayStation controllers like the DualSense and DualShock 4. To make sure those profiles are correctly loaded by the game, disable Steam Input.

  • Make sure Dragon Age: The Veilguard isn’t running
  • Open Steam and navigate to your library
  • Here, right-click on Dragon Age: The Veilguard and select Properties
  • In the Controller tab, select the Enable Steam Input option under Override for Dragon Age: The Veilguard
