Does LEGO Fortnite Have Bosses? – Answered

The big guys are always around

If you played enough Minecraft, you’ll know that there are some big baddies to deal with if you want to really “finish” the game. With that being said, does LEGO Fortnite have bosses?

Are There Bosses in LEGO Fortnite?

While you may encounter many huge, ferocious creatures worldwide, LEGO Fortnite has no actual bosses. No enemy will show up with a special health bar alongside a name or something, so any stronger enemy you might face cannot be classified as a “proper” boss. They might be as tough as one, but they’re still treated as your usual enemies and won’t give you any special loot for your victory.

These monsters, known as the Brutes, come in various appearances according to their biomes but are no true bosses and merely work as bigger challenges. The game currently lacks any type of “end-game goal” similar to slaying the Ender Dragon in Minecraft, so while this could eventually be added, there’s nothing similar to accomplish for the time being.

Beating all types of Brutes could be similar to doing a Boss gauntlet, especially if you push yourself to complete this self-imposed challenge alone. It will be tough, but nothing that a good round of dodge rolling and refining your tools (as well as having some increased health) can’t solve. If they won’t give us the endgame, make the endgame yourself.

But given how successful LEGO Fortnite has been with only a few days of existence, it shouldn’t take long for new content to be introduced to the game. Sandboxes are great and all, but having more “main” content can do wonders for a game’s longevity, especially if we also get things like extra difficulties and, maybe even in a distant future, some PvP action.

Is There a Final Boss in LEGO Fortnite?

While there is no formal final boss in LEGO Fortnite, many players consider the Brute to be a faux final boss of sorts. The Brute is the toughest enemy in the entire game. These savage monsters are found in various biomes. They pack a wallop with their four unique attacks and boast a massive health pool. You’ll need gear that’s upgraded to the max, and plenty of game sense to make it through.

Brutes in LEGO Fortnite can be tough, but they’re not impossible. Check out our guide on where to find them in LEGO Fortnite for additional help.
