Season 2 of Diablo 4 finally brings the ability to target farm Unique items into the game, and in some cases, you’ll even be able to farm Uber Unique items. Each of the new bosses in the game will have a list of items you can target farm from them, and I have the full rundown for you in this guide. All Unique Items Listed for Target Farming in Diablo 4
Five endgame bosses have been added to Diablo 4 and each one has its own list of Unique items that can be target farmed. Duriel is the only one that has Uber Uniques in the loot pool. So the rest of them just have to vary loot pools with equal rarity.

There are plenty of overlapping Uniques, so don’t feel like you need to keep grinding one boss for any piece of gear you need in Diablo 4. Ubers are really the only items that are tethered to one boss, which is Duriel. You’ll need to reach level 100 to even start Uber target farming, so it won’t be easy.
