In the Save Games folder, you can find several files with the .sav extension, and instead of managing individual files, I recommend backing up the entire Pagoda folder. Keep in mind that this is an early access title, so very old backups might not be compatible with newer versions.

Does Dead As Disco Support Multiple Slots?
Yes, you can create multiple save slots in Dead As Disco, three in total, each with individual playlists and progress. From the main menu, just hit New Game and you’ll have the option to select file slots.
Dead As Disco Steam Features
Dead As Disco has support for several Steam features, including:
- Steam Cloud: After you close Dead As Disco, your local data is automatically backed up to Steam’s cloud servers. You can access this on other devices with Steam installed with automatic parity, including the Steam Deck.
- Steam Family Share: If you’ve purchased a Dead As Disco, members of your Steam family will be able to download and play the title from their library.
- Steam Input: Dead As Disco has native support for several controllers, but if you want to play with something third-party or have a unique input, then Steam Input is the way to go.
- Steam Deck Verified: Dead As Disco is Steam Deck verified, having passed Valve’s requirements, including readable text, proper button prompts, and strong performance on the handheld device.
Currently, there are no achievements for Dead As Disco, but the developers have confirmed in their roadmap that it’s something they’ll add as early access development continues. More features like trading cards, point shop items, and tradable items will likely be added when the title is officially out of early access in 2027.
