Back in CS:GO, r_cleardecals was a console command that was used to clear decals on the map you’re playing, namely bullet holes, blood spatters, explosion marks from HE and flash grenades, burn marks from Molotov and incendiary grenades so that you could see enemies better. Will Valve Add r_cleardecals Later to CS2?
Valve will most probably not add a clear decals command available for players on cheat-protected servers. If you ask me, it’s terrible to allow a command some players do not even know about, especially when it may provide a significant advantage to the user.
