If you've been cracking into Call of Duty: Modern Warfare then you might have enjoyed what's been going on with Season One. Hot on the heels of the last patch to the game, there's now been a new Call of Duty Modern Warfare update 1.11 that's kicking around soon. Here's what we know about this addition right now.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare Update 1.11

Regardless of the platform that you're playing the game on, the patch is available for download across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and. We know that it's currently clocking in around 2.3 GB for PlayStation users, and around 1.6GB for those who are Team Microsoft. There haven't been any patch notes released yet by Infinity Ward about the actual content of this update, though the fact that it's pretty hefty likely indicates that they might be hard at work at ironing out some bugs.

At this stage, because of the sheer size of the Season One update that was rolled out, we would expect that Modern Warfare update 1.11 contains a number of fixes to do with immediate issues that the community may have encountered with Season One. We're not anticipating any DLC bundles to be a part of this update yet; the indication has been that those are going to be a little further down the content pipeline.

With so much added to the game, including new maps and changes to existing missions and challenges, there's no doubt a couple of things under the hood which are going to have been jostled in a way that requires fixing. There were some improvements to the COD Caster as well in terms of visibility of information, and quality of life upgrades for those who play with keyboard and mouse, though we don't see those posing any particular problems. When we get the full patch notes from Infinity Ward, we'll update this post.
