Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: The Best FiNN LMG Loadouts

by Lucas White

There’s a new weapon in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and its early reputation is shockingly solid. In the wake of the seriously overpowered Bruen getting nerfed back to humility, the new FiNN LMG seems like a legitimate replacement option. Which means it’s probably getting nerfed sooner rather than later too. But for now, you can enjoy an extremely powerful new LMG that lets you rip through close and mid-range shootouts. Here are some of the recommended loadouts we’ve seen in the community.

Best FiNN Loadouts in Modern Warfare and Warzone

The FiNN LMG has a ton of power, range, stability, and even a higher than you might expect fire rate for a LMG. This gun will help you get your hands dirty if you’re the type of player to favor aggressive play. Whether you’re playing Warzone or just plain ol’ Modern Warfare your builds are going to be similar, with only a couple major differences.

For Warzone, you’re going to want the Monolithic Suppressor. Shocking, right? Most guns need that anyway, since remaining undetected as much as possible is crucial. Regardless of which mode you’re playing, you’re going to want the XRK Longshot, which is going to give you more bullets faster, and even extend the FiNN’s range a little. The Commando Foregrip is also a necessity, although you still need to pay attention to the FiNN’s vertical recoil.

The variation comes in sights and optics. The Tac Laser is super important, especially because it helps with ADS speed. But if you’re in Warzone, it’s a good idea to level that ADS bump out by using the VLK 3.0 attachment. This will help your aim and visibility greatly, and the Tac Laser will mitigate its ADS penalty. In Modern Warfare, it’s better to use the FiNN’s default sights, or the G.I. Mini Reflex.

Your key attachments are the Commando Foregrip, the Tac Laser, and the XRK Longshot. As long as you’re taking these three pieces with you, there’s a lot of room for experimentation. That’s true for Perks as well, although Sleight of Hand is going to do some work for you in most Modern Warfare maps.

Are you still trying to get those seven melee kills to unlock the FiNN, or are you already out there figuring out how it stacks up next to the Bruen? Do you have other Perks or attachments you swear by for this new gun, or are you still getting a feel for it? Let us know what you think over at the Prima Games Facebook and Twitter channels!
